This morning, I had breakfast at El Encanto, a New Mexican restaurant, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was top-notch. I'll be back. Support small small businesses!

I recently visited the restaurant after learning it’s under new ownership, and I was pleasantly surprised! Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and the new owners. The food and service were great- I'll definitely be returning! While I was there, I discovered they have a hall next door available for special occasions, complete with catering services. If you’re in the mood for some good Mexican food, I highly recommend checking out this gem!
